	Berthing Rates Sirenia offers wet berths from 8 metres to 20 metres in length. Our dry stack facility curently offers boat storage from 4.7 metres to 7.3 metres in length. Our dry stack fee includes unlimited lifts in and out of the Marina. We also have 30 hard stands for boats up to 10 metres in length. 	Please Note Refundable Bond - Permanent Berth-holders - $200 minimum. Refundable Security Card Deposit - $50.00 per card Dry Berthing Rates include free launch and retrieve by the Marina's forklift. Calculation of berth size includes a width factor average of a mono hull vessel of the advertised length. Should a boat exceed this width it may be necessary to increase berth rental to cover the additional area taken or moor in a larger berth as directed by Marina Staff. For example, most larger catamarans or house boats will attract a higher rate. All rates are based on payment in advance - casual rates will apply for periods not paid for by the due date. Berthing rates are calculated on the basis of a 10% discount for 12 months payment in advance. The net amounts are stated in the above rates. Sorry - no refunds except where a replacement boat is available to occupy the berth involved. Refunds will be calculated on a pro-rata basis.
