The Development Approval for the first stage of apartments was lodged in mid- February 2008 with the Shire Council.
The new marina berth layout and design work is well underway and we should see work commence on the new marina by September 08. The designs for the new dry stack are also well in hand and the end of 08 should these new facilities nearing completion.
The ground floor of the main building will be totally refurbished this year with an emphasis on Alfresco dining and up market retail.
