Sirenia Marina


	The Future of Sirenia Sirenia Joint Venture Pty Ltd intend to redevelop the marina and its immediate precincts into a modern, world class, residential marina community. Sirenia Marina will become one of the most prized boating destinations in Queensland. In order to achieve this the existing Marina facilities and services will be extensively upgraded over the next three years. The owners have appointed Marina Marketing and Management Serices Australia to take over the day to day operations of the marina, and, to ensure the services available at Sirenia Marina expand, and deliver the highest degree of professional service.


	The Sirenia History Sirenia Marina opened in 1982. In 1996 the Marina was purchased by Ted and Lyn Godden, who then operated the Marina until August 2006. The Marina is now owned by Sirenia Joint Venture Pty Ltd, a consortium comprising of a large, highly regarded development company, in partnership with one of Australia's largest superannuation providers, and an Australian owned construction company. Sirenia Joint Venture Pty Ltd would like to thank Ralph, Matthew, Kim and Jeff for deciding to stay with the Marina during this time of transition. Collectively, they represent a very cohesive, well qualified and multi-skilled team, and a strong platform from which to shape the marina into it's new future.
