Wayne Drinkwater General Manager - Sirenia Marina Currently Sirenia provides 24 hour access to laundry, shower and toilet and a guest lounge with wide screen TV, DVD, Coffee making, and fully equipped meeting or small group training room. The Australian Boating College and the Bribie island Game Fishing Club utlisie these facilities extensively. The Lounge has a full size bar and overlooks the harbour. It is an ideal location for birthday gatherings or fucntions and can accommodate up to 50 people in comfort. The proposed redevelopment will result in an extensive increase in facilities for both boat owners and guests. Keep visiting this site during 2007 for more details as these are released!


	Wet Moorings There are 172 Berths available ranging in size from 8m to 20m. Power, light, water, and telephone are available at each berth through the service modules. There are four marina arms accessed via two security gates. A new swipe card security system has been installed for 24 hour access to the berths and client facilities. This is supported by an extensive 24 hour CCTV recording system.


	Dry Storage The racking system accommodates 65 boats and hardstanding 30. Boats are launched and retrieved, free of charge, using our Fork Lift, with a maximum capacity of 3.5 tonnes, catering for boats up to 8m in length.


	Travel Lift and Boat Yard Facilities include a 40 tonne Travel Lift, a 3.5 tonne forklift and hardstands capable of accommodating boats to 50 feet. We can also load and unload vesels onto low loaders. The Marina is also home to: Sirenia Workshop - fully equipped engine and hydraulics workshop Top Canopies - a canopy/clears/ and interior fit out workshop Sirenia Chandlery - an extremely well stocked and competitively priced Chandlery, also offering antifouling, sandblasting, and painting services G&S Marine Services - offering hull repair, hull and steel polishing and boat detailing services Coral Seas Cruisers - a well establsihed and highly reputable boat brokerage


	Fuel The floating fuel dock adjacent to the boat slipway area serves diesel, unleaded and premium unleaded fuel. This facility is about to undergo an upgrade. There is no other on-water fuel facility in close proximity. We are often the only fuel stop open north of Brisbane on Sundays! Ice is also available. Our hours are 7.00am to 5.00pm (October to April) and 8.00am to 4.00pm (May to September)


	Dining and Guest Lounge The Guest Lounge is available for small functions up to 50 people in size. The Lounge is perfect for board meetings, sales meetings, training programmes and seminars, office and marketing functions, birthdays or other family reunions, and club functions. Catering can be arranged on site with two restaurants offering Thai to Seafood. Self or externally catered BBQ functions can also be accommodated. The Lounge is home to the Bribie Island Game Fishing Club, and the Australian Boating College. The ambience is stimulating and soothing, with a wonderful outlook over the Marina waters. Have morning tea as you chat to the dolphins that regularly pop up alongside mid morning! Noppakow Thai Restaurant and Sirenia Seafood Markets both provide a fabulous opportunity to dine beside the harbour. You may just want a light lunch and a glass of wine or cold ale, or perhaps sweets and coffee? Alternatively you may be in search of one of the best value seafood platters around or a Thai banquet for your function that your firends will thank you for for years to come. Is the seafood fresh? - You obviously haven't seen the trawlers alongside! But please don't feed the seagulls! This only encourages the Pelicans to join in and they don't take no for an answer!


	Parking Sirenia Marina has supplied parking for 135 vehicles to ensure all our guests comfort. Peace of mind is of great importance to our clients and as such reflected in our facilities.


	Security A comprehensive video surveillance system aimed at maximising protection for our boat owners' interests is supported by a swipe card access system to all berh fingers and guest faciltiites. Security Patrols regularly sweep the marina after hours.


	Amenities A fully operational laundry together with shower and toilet facilities are on offer to all day visitors and berth guests. Our clients have 24 hour access via their swipe cards to these facilities.


	Trailer Boat and Vehicle Secure Storage We provide a secure storage facility for: trailers boats on trailers cars campervans trucks Why risk towing your boat all the way from home to the boat ramp - leave it securely locked at the Marina and pick it up at the times you want to launch.
